三、表面處理包含拋光、磷酸鹽、染黑、噴砂、陽極、電鍍、PVD、鍍鉻、雷雕。
Third- The surface processing include contact polishing, sand blasting, positive electrode, electroplating, PVD, Chrome-plating, laser labeling.

《 零件諮詢與估價 》To evaluate the price and metal parts quotation

透過客戶所傳送的2D或3D圖檔進行評估與估價。

 

We offer the competitive pricing for the services you require. We will also include the estimated time of delivery and quotation for the price based on your product.

《 開發與試樣 》The Sample of developing and testing

與客戶前置作業都商討完，將進行第一次試樣。試樣的成果會請客戶審核過，我們才會進行下一關。

 

We also offer sample testing to ensure all your products and materials.
We will proceed the first testing before discussing the outcome with customers. If the sample testing is checked and admitted, we will proceed to the next process.

《檢驗與量產 》Examination and mass production

客戶通過樣品測試後，量產的首件會再做品質檢核。檢核通過後，生產部才會進行下一步量產動作。

 

Our  team of quality will inspect the first ample to ensure it is up to standards. After  the inspection, our production sector will process to the mass production.
